Ethan Turns 7 Years Old!

Ethan turned 7 years old this May - how did my baby turn 7??  For his family birthday party, Ethan requested a "chip buffet" party (which is a bit of a shock since he has a huge sweet tooth).  We had 10 different types of chips that Ethan selected, and I managed to talk him into hamburgers as well.

Ethan opening his gifts.  He is a very snuggly boy, so his room is full of stuffed animals!

I think my favorite part of this picture is Uncle Thomas chilling on the couch with the zebra.

We took 3 family pictures and each one had a photo bomb in the background.

Ethan requested a red and blue jello cake to go with his Skylanders theme party.

Ethan's friend birthday party was at Glow Golf.  This was a great place for his party - glow in the dark golf, laser maze, and a great party room.

The downside (or upside, depending on your age) of brightly color cupcakes - lips and teeth that are stained for the rest of the day.

Ethan and his presents.  Joe had to work until 7:30pm on Ethan's birthday, and Ethan was so patient to wait on opening these gifts until Joe could make it home.
